Review: Our recent stay at Ikos Aria in Kos was hands down one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. It was our first time visiting an Ikos resort, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The service was absolutely incredible, and the staff were so friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Jurgen, Christina, Christos, Yiota, Dimitri, and Nikos the chef — just a few of the amazing staff who made our holiday unforgettable. Christos, in particular, was fantastic in helping me manage my coeliac allergy. Both my family and I are vegan, and I was able to pre-order my meals to avoid any cross-contamination. Every dish tasted incredible, and the staff were so knowledgeable and accommodating. They really got to know us as we saw them regularly at the beach, pool, and à la carte restaurants. Their attention to detail was remarkable — they even remembered my husband’s Libre sensor for his type 1 diabetes and ensured he always had zero-sugar drinks. It truly felt like they cared. The food was outstanding, with special adjustments made so that we could enjoy everything without missing out. Our 5-year-old son also had a fantastic time at the kids club. He absolutely loved it, and some days they even took the kids to the splash pool. They made his birthday extra special by making a fuss and surprising him with a gluten-free vegan cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The resort itself is stunning, but it’s the incredible staff that truly make it stand out. Every interaction was warm and welcoming, from the poolside service to the restaurants and beach staff. The evening entertainment was also top-notch — the “Best of Musicals” night was especially amazing, with high-quality singing and dancing. We’ve already booked to come back next year, and we can’t wait! Thank you to everyone at Ikos Aria for making our holiday so special.

Review: Ikos Aria offers a flawless experience. Ikos Resorts are the best 5-star hotel chain we've ever encountered. We've visited Ikos Olivia multiple times, and unlike other 5-star resorts, Ikos never disappoints. Other resorts could learn a lot from the owners of Ikos. From the moment you arrive, you're well taken care of. The staff is incredible, always smiling, and eager to assist. The hotel is impeccably clean and clearly well maintained. The food is high-quality, prepared by skilled chefs, making you feel truly pampered. This is a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely return. We've used almost all the facilities at this hotel, which is just a 20-minute drive from the airport. Thank you for making our holiday magical. 😊 They cater to gluten-free dietary requirements and tailor dishes accordingly. Inform the hotel and concierge service upon arrival, and they will personally address your specific dietary needs, ensuring all resort restaurants are aware. You don't need to select food from the buffet. I spoke with the kitchen manager to avoid cross-contamination since guests may mix utensils. By far, this is the best hotel for catering to dietary requirements.
