Review: I hope any vegetarian, vegan or person that wants to start being a vegetarian or vegan to come to Ionie. In our visit we had the pleasure of meeting the Owner Iconie. A very humble person with a beautiful soul. We were also taken care of Dominic. In my opinion a master of everything plant base , vegan , herbs, very knowledgeable to answers all your questions. The menu is impressive, all unique and made from their own original receipts. The food is outstanding and is well presented. The shakes are like wow! I had one that tasted light banana, chocolate, with an ingredient that I would have never thought to put in a healthy shake. If you are local, go there, you are driving through Sarasota, stop by, and if you are on vacation in Sarasota, add it to the places you will eat at. You will not regret it.

Review: Ionie living foods & tonic is superb. The atmosphere, the people, the vibe, and most importantly, the wide variety of scrumptious and mouthwatering vegan food that they have if some of the finest that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. This place sets the bar so incredibly high in nutrition, taste, consistency, and flavor profiles that it’s hard not to keep coming back. It’s the definition of a hidden gem, in that it is right across from a Whole Foods and I had driven by it numerous times only to miss it. It’s my luck that I was looking up vegan restaurants that this was one of the first matches to come up. When I walked in, I was greeted by a really friendly gentleman named Dominic. He was so open, warm, compassionate, and caring, that it was quite easy to speak to him and get his ideas on what he may suggest considering he knew the restaurant better than I did, at that point. I tried the falafel and it was so mouthwateringly delicious that I as a vegan was still blown away that it’s vegan 🤣. The next time I came back, I tried the Thai noodles and my pallet was so happy for days that I think and feel I’m going to keep coming back to try every single Item on the menu. Better yet, after eating her food, I feel better. I don’t feel weighed down, lethargic, and I sure as hell don’t feel like I’ve eaten something healthy, I just feel the good good. I met Ionie by sheer luck and she is so lovely. She feels compassionate, intelligent, dignified, and quite funny. She was so humble when I found out her name and asked her if she was the owner and she said “so that’s what they tell me” 🤣. Thank you for opening your restaurant, I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know about it so you get all the recognition and the customers that you deserve. Looking forward to next time 🌹💛.

Review: Wow! Best vegan meal I have ever had! The flavors are light and so fresh. They make their meals daily and you can tell! My husband and I aren’t vegan, but love trying new foods. The service was great and the staff never made me feel bad for asking questions. Really such a delightful experience, so we went back two days in a row 💚 Reasonable prices for such fresh ingredients and lovely presentations. Highly recommend! Thank you for creating such a lovely restaurant 🌱
