Review: This place is truly a hidden gem. It takes a bit of effort to find, tucked away as it is, and it's a cozy, café-style spot. However, once you try their gluten-free croissants, you'll understand why they're so exceptional. The flavors are simply magnificent. The staff are warm, charming, and full of personality, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Review: Never thought I’d see the day where I could enjoy a true flaky buttery croissant that’s gluten and corn free. I’ll be thinking about this every day until I can come back to Paris. Ignore the bad reviews. I understand a normal croissant should be under 4 euros but I’m sure the craft and ingredients it takes to make these pastries are much costly than a normal boulangerie

Review: La Manufacture du Sans Gluten offers some of the best gluten-free pastries we’ve ever had. The pain au chocolat and croissants were absolutely exceptional—flaky, buttery, and indistinguishable from their traditional counterparts. While a bit on the pricey side, the quality makes it well worth it. Highly recommended for gluten-free pastry lovers!

Review: If you’re gluten free / celiac, GO HERE. This was hands down the best GF croissant I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not being dramatic when I say that I had literal tears in my eyes after a few bites. It is light and airy like a croissant should be, whereas if you’ve had other GF croissants, you’ll know they’re often very dense and bread-y. This is NOT that - it is flakey, light, buttery and beautiful. I genuinely was AMAZED eating it because I don’t understand how they get that texture. It’s not cheap (€8.80 for a croissant), but after I tried it I genuinely felt I would’ve gladly paid more for another. If you miss flakey pastry (and not the fake dense bun replacements that GF diets seem to get), GO HERE AND GET A CROISSANT. I’m going back tomorrow for another and honestly, you’ll do the same once you try this. It’s genuinely crazy (I even texted my family about it)
