Buffet was similar to other cruises. Items are marked gluten free, but you need to ask a chef for fresh food from the back if you’re worried about Cross Contamination. The main dining room, Fins, has gluten free items already marked on the menu and your waiter will check with the chef on all things to make sure your dish is safe. They always brought out a special gluten free surprise dessert as I don’t like the listed ice-cream. Unlike other cruises where you order a day ahead for the next night’s food, many items are already gluten free so you can order in the moment. Overall fantastic experience!
