Review: I was thrilled to go to a gluten free bakery that was actually in my neighborbood. The pictures looked divine and I haven't had a Boston Cream donut in 14 years! Disappointed. The donut is very dense, bready, heavily tastes of sorghum, and very fermented. After eating half the donut, trying to find good things about it.. I had a lingering taste in my mouth and breath like I just chugged a beer! The frosting tasted like melted chocolate chips, was ok.. But the traditional powdered sugar glaze with cocoa would be much better. The cream filling was the best part, but not much inside. My throat has felt funny for a few hours now.. I suspect from the heavy yeast/fermentation. In my opinion, Not horrible.. But not great either.. And definately not what I was expecting. Was located in odd office space without a sign outside. The only sign in the window stated "Psychic Medium Moore" in the window. They must have a co-business as the name is Moore also.

Review: Amazing! Being celiac, I never thought I’d ever enjoy a yeasted and raised donut, after being diagnosed 6 years ago. This bakery will change the lives of those who want to enjoy donuts, bagels, etc. Friendly service, and just a great experience! I’m a baking and pastry graduate and this owner knows what he’s doing! Keep up the great work, and thank you.

Review: The Boston Creme donut was absolutely amazing - I haven't had one since childhood because of gluten intolerance, and it brought back all the old memories and nostalgia. It was surprisingly soft, and tasted like "real bread" I also had part of a cinnamon roll with the fluffy topping, and definitely recommend that one too!! My friend's favorite was the cookies and cream donut

Review: Incredible baked goodies! I’m so happy to have real yeast fried donuts again! Being diagnosed celiac for over a decade, it’s been a while since I really had anything this incredible in the baked good section. A must try for anyone! Donuts, danishes, cinnamon rolls, we tried them all and wow, so impressed.
