Review: Service was very helpful with my questions regarding other allergens. I got a delicious apple pastry and baguette which had a great texture, on the soft side of the baguette spectrum. So good to have a gluten free option.

Review: Noglu in Paris is a hidden gem that truly lives up to its promise of providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere and an entirely gluten-free experience. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a perfect blend of authenticity and simplicity, making it an ideal spot for those looking for a quiet, personal escape from the busy streets of Paris. What sets Noglu apart is its ability to recreate the magic of traditional pastries using gluten-free ingredients, which is nothing short of amazing. My daughter, who has celiac, was visibly moved when we found this place. Watching her enjoy quiche and doughnuts without worry, with the same joy as any other bakery, was incredibly touching. My wife and I felt equally inspired by the care and craftsmanship that goes into every dish. The menu’s flexibility, offering breakfast all day and brunch on weekends, ensures there’s something delightful for every moment. The pastries are so close to their wheat-based counterparts that it's hard to believe they're gluten-free. For anyone in search of gluten-free options that don’t compromise on flavor or quality, Noglu is a must-visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it—it’s a beautiful, fulfilling experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Review: We have visited Noglu before -- both in New York City and in Paris. We appreciate the effort that this bakery goes to in order to create authentic French pastries -- and it is clear that they have taken time to perfect the art around this, but I feel like the quality is just average as there are now more gluten free bakeries around to which we can compare the creations. Generally speaking, the price point at Noglu is a bit higher than other Paris gluten free bakeries. While we are willing to pay for good gluten free pastries (especially croissants), the texture and taste is not nearly as fresh and enjoyable, for us, than other gluten free bakeries. We also find the variety of products offered to be much more limited and we end up leaving with only one or two things whereas at other bakeries we are tempted by so many other options. We do appreciate that they offer hot meal options -- the breakfast sandwich is a nice option, and definitely fresh -- so we would recommend trying those options -- you can find the menu on the website ahead of your visit -- just make sure you pay attention to which location you are selecting as there are two in Paris.

Review: One of the few good spots in Paris with gluten free food! Noglu had great, delicious and healthy options for gluten and lactose restrictions. The prices are reasonable, since it’s gluten free products and it’s Paris. The place don’t have many seats, but have places for you to eat and enjoy your meal.
