Review: One time there and it's now a favorite! I had the best (gluten free) buffalo fried chicken sandwich. And I love the smashed fries. You can get them loaded, like my hubby did. The owners are friendly and service was wonderful. So many good options, we will be back to try more!

Review: Took my daughter to Porkbutt BBQ today….holy moly it was so succulent and incredible. Everything from the sauces, rubs, and 3 dessert options were all made in house. The brisket melted in my mouth. We didn’t finish any of it and I am glad because I get to have more tomorrow. 😋Joshua and Bonnie checked on us several times through our meal and Joshua took the time to sit down to talk to my daughter (Celiac) about any feedback.

Review:  *disclaimer my camera sucks sooooo photo quality is crappy* but our first visit at Porkbutt BBQ and man oh man we’re already looking forward to our next visit. We’re on a tour looking for the best ribs in Colorado and they are on the list of our top 5 favorite in the state. (Have to shout out our only other local absolute fav - Otis’s bbq and fine foods) the ribs were truly fall off the bone tender, the coleslaw was my idea of perfection, yummy mac and cheese, bomb corn bread, and perfectly just sweet enough but not over the top sweet tea. Also, shout out to the owners, Josh and Bonnie who were both so very friendly and kind, for being able to perfect their entire menu as gluten free. This place is awesome. Definitely go check it out!

Review: Porkbutt BBQ is fantastic. The brisket was absolutely perfect. The sweet heat sauce was great. Go here. If you're celiac or avoiding anything gluten this is your new favorite spot. Seriously. The kindest people.
