Review: To start off I would like to say I have tried basically everything they sell and it is all delicious! So much so I decided to have them make a cake for our baby shower which you can see in the photo I attached. For the crazy part of this review I was blessed to not have any type of food allergies and have always been under the impression alternative foods where not as desirable up until I set foot in Ruby Baking Co. I speak from a food lover perspective that EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING has been incredible to try and when you learn that it is made with Allergen Friendly alternatives and is Vegan your mind will start turning. Please if you have not tried at least a cupcake (I recommend the Memphis) you need to. The owner is very friendly and makes everything with love and hard work everyday! This place is AWESOME!

Review: I am beyond excited for this new bakery! There aren’t many options for those of us with food allergies out here. Gluten free baked goods get a bad rap for being dry and bland. Ruby’s makes flavorful, moist, and an absolutely scrumptious assortment of goods like cupcakes, brownies, scones, oatmeal creme pies, and cinnamon rolls. They also don’t dry out and harden in the fridge. They just opened less than a week ago, so I’m eager to see what they’ll come up with and continue to get something from them whenever I’m craving something sweet.
