Review: Delicious gluten-free pizzas cooked over a wood fire, in an oven that is only used for gluten-free foods without risk of contamination, perfect for celiacs! The dough is excellent, nothing like the pre-cooked or frozen gluten-free pizza dough that you can find in stores. Already tested several different toppings, all very good, the choice is sufficient and the prices very reasonable for gluten-free. Go there with your eyes closed!
