Review: I was in town for a couple of days and came here for my breakfast. It's a nice little quiet cafe (hole in the wall) with outdoor and some indoor seating. I had an Almond turmeric latte, Coconut hot chocolate, and Two be free gluten free toast with poached eggs and rocket. It was all delicious! I also had the paleo banana bread and yes that was delicious too! It's not super sweet which is how I like it! Staff a friendly and accommodating. I'll be dropping by again if I'm in town.

Review: As a fellow Canadian myself, I was pleasantly surprised with the real maple syrup on my amazing gf waffles! 10/10 for that. Staff is really welcoming and even though there’s not a lot of sitted places, the ambiance is good. I recommend Seedling to every celiac friends! ✨

Review: Great gluten free cafe tucked in a small laneway! Really lovely staff very welcoming and helpful. I ordered the eggs on toast add bacon which was delicious. Bread was really good, everything cooked perfectly. Matcha latte was okay, a little powdery. They don’t do oat milk, as it has traces of gluten. Would love to come back and try the waffles and the other things they have to offer.
