Review: BEST GLUTEN FREE BAKERY EVER!! … idk how it’s even see how it’s gluten free since it’s so delicious but hey I trust the process! So good and very reasonable and it’s family owned it seems! Soooo good! 10/10 recommend! It was 1.50 for cookies, 3.50 for and bars and the cinnamon rolls are amazing!!

Review: Amazing! I recommend the pink frosting sugar cookies. Everything is delicious there. Prices are very reasonable. We just moved to town a couple months ago. So Happy we found a gluten-free bakery that we love

Review: If we could give more stars to this place, we would! We’re used to being only mildly impressed by gluten free baked goods- even the best of them. But Senza was just on another level. Every single item we had was absolutely delicious. The sweet rolls are fluffy and warm with a gorgeous texture, and the icing was perfectly sweet. The southwest quiche was also amazing- savory, delicate and balanced. Owners brought us out fresh hatch chile cheese bread to try, on the house! They were so kind and welcoming in the store. We left with a full to go box and a bag of cheese bread AFTER dining in and paid less than $45 for everything we got. These ladies deserve so much business! I could not recommend it enough, especially to other celiac friends. 100% safety is always great, especially in a bakery!

Review: What an amazing experience we had here. Stopped in during our visit to the city and made a special trip here. It was worth it! We had a lovely conversation about the flours they use and their different selections for today. Everything is gluten free and no soy flour or bean flour! We decided to do a bit of a tasters menu having a bit of everything we could manage. Everything was delicious. The donuts were light and airy. The lemon square had a beautiful hiylt of citrus. The cheese buns were fantastic! They heated a few up for us and we ate the rest at room temperature later. We were a bit dubious that they would be okay that way as well, but they were! I wish they had a bakery back in Calgary as we would be regulars.
