Review: I was so thrilled to find this place! The food was unreal, so fresh and delicious. I have Celiac Disease and eat plant-based, so The Art of Slow Food was a dream to find. The passion and dedication to healthy food was evident. I can't wait to go back!

Review: The food is excellent. About a million times better than any GF sourdough that I have ever made myself. An expanded beverage selection would be welcomed. At the time of this review they offered coffee and hot tea. I could see them expanding into more varieties of baked goods as their business continues to grow. They appear to have a loyal following of regular customers, as well as people just walking in as my wife and I did.

Review: Fantastic gluten-free bakery, everything is gluten-free and celiac safe, and all dishes can be made vegan. Most of the pastries were vegan anyways. I got the cinnamon roll and strawberry scones, which were delicious, and will be back to try all the other goodies. Service was super friendly as well, highly recommend! Prices are also reasonable.

Review: Hard to believe the bread is Gluten Free, because of how amazing it is! 🍞 I highly recommend the Reuben sandwich for lunch with their famous sourdough sandwich loaf, house fermented sauerkraut, smoked beef, Italian cheese, house made aioli & dijon - this sandwich is unreal, the house fermented sauerkraut was the perfect tang to compliment the smoked beef. 🤤 The owner was so sweet, kind, & interactive with my 2 year old son - he had fun gently pressing the bell on the counter 🥰🛎️ I love supporting local businesses & this place is the spot to check out if you are GF sensitive and/or celiac.
