Review: Love this place. Joyful Food proves that food on the go can be delish and healthy! And gluten free! The chicken salad is fantastic, bento boxes a nice quick snack or lunch. I’ll be coming back for myself and to gift my real estate clients. Another local business that makes Birmingham special! Kathy was so pleasant and helpful.

Review: Outstanding place with a huge, clean, and well organized kitchen that serves as foundation for consciously prepared meals and otherworldly baked goods. High quality, mostly organic, fair-trade ingredients allow for flavor explosions outside the mainstream. There are no seats, food is ready made to take home. The vegetarian options are very limited.
