Review: Tru Pizza is the best, they are an entirely gluten free environment, I never have to second guess my food here, which I cant say about many places. More than that, all of there food is INCREDIBLE!!! The New York crust pizza is my go-to. Besides there pizza I highly recommend the mac n cheese! Service is always quick and the staff is amazing. Couldn't recommend enough :)

Review: if you have a gluten allergy or celiac, this place is for you! the entire facility is gluten free and all of their recipes are safe for consumption for those who are sensitive. I have gone with family members and they said they couldn't even tell that the food was gluten free. in addition to gluten free, there are also plenty of vegan options. this place used to be called Renee's Gourmet Pizzeria but the ownership changed hands. however, all the recipes are the same and the food is just as tasty! if you have not been here, I highly recommend Tru Pizza Co.

Review: This restaurant is very serious about staying gluten and nut free, which is great for those with allergies. I do not have allergies myself, but went with someone who did and the food is surprisingly good considering the restrictions. The bread was crispy and tasty, and the toppings were great. However, I do have to say that recently I ordered the chicken tenders and they were awful. I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered these instead of anything else, and they were horribly dry, chewy, and flavorless. I ended up throwing them away after forcing down two. I understand it's likely hard to cook chicken tenders with a gluten and nut free crust without them drying out, but please leave them off the menu if you cannot make an edible product.

Review: Really good gf pizza! I am a gluten eater and could tell it was different than a normal pizza crust but it was still very delicious 🤤 we shared the smallest size deep dish and some fries and that left us very satisfied. We would not be able to finish if we had just ordered the medium deep dish.
