This restaurant, entirely gluten free, was a great find! Since I have Celiac, my partner and I wanted to splurge a bit, so we ordered 3 pastas to test out and share. Tomato sauce spaghetti with shrimp and mozzarella cheese: By far this was our favorite pasta! The spaghetti has a bite to it and doesn't fall apart like traditional gluten free pastas. The sauce was great and the shrimp with small mozzarella balls throughout added great flavor and texture to the pasta. 100% recommend you give this a try! Carbonara: Coming from a Euro family, I have my own ideas of what Carbonara tastes like, and this was not it. While it is not the traditional taste of Carbonara for those that are familiar with it, it is still a good tasting pasta! It had a bite from the noodle, the richness form the yolk, and the hint of flavor from the ham. Overall, a decent find, but I would say its not Carbonara. Cream sauce spaghetti with spinach and bacon: This was difficult to eat, unfortunately. The cream sauce was broken (split) and had little to no flavor. The flavor it did have was difficult to pinpoint and we had a hard time getting the whole plate down. While eating and looking around, we noticed a sign that said their BEST 4 Pastas were: - Tomato sauce with shrimp and mozzarella - Carbonara - Naples style tomato sauce with cheese and broccoli - Genovese sauce with shrimp and broccoli We 100% agree that the Tomato sauce with shrimp and mozzarella should be TOP 4 (heck, we even ordered another to-go), but we wished we had tried the others available since they looked great! The staff (2 women) were so welcoming, sweet, and attentive! I really enjoyed giving them our business! I wish them and their business the best of luck and I look forward to coming back on our next visit.

From the other reviews we had high hopes for this gluten free restaurant a short walk from Kanda Station. The place is clean and welcoming and it’s easy enough to order. It all falls apart when the food arrives. It was way too salty, to the point where none of us really enjoyed our meals. I’m giving this three stars partly because there needs to be more gluten free restaurants in Tokyo. I really hope they improve!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Un-gluten" offers a good selection of gluten-free pasta made with 100% brown rice. They have pasta dishes with shrimp, chicken, or bacon, but no vegetarian options. The food is filling and served quickly, making it suitable for both solo diners and small groups. You can order conveniently through their app or with the staff. Also, try their tasty salty milk gelato. Overall, it's a reasonable place to enjoy gluten-free pasta at a fair price." 🍝🍤🍗🥓🍦

We went there because we have celiac disease and the whole menu is gluten free! They have different options of spaghetti. I am also vegetarian and they made me a dish without meat or fish. The staff was really kind and the menu is in English with all the allergens in every dish! As Italians we were quite surprised, the dishes were good and spaghetti well cooked! I highly recommend it if you need to eat gluten free!

Good gluten-free pasta made with brown rice. The texture of the pasta was good, and I enjoyed the cream, bacon, and spinach topping. The option to change the amount of pasta was nice, and the ability to order from your phone was convenient.
