Review: So grateful to have a gluten free place to go in town. The lavender machta is to die for, and all the food I've had has been delicious! And, for being a gluten free shop, their prices and servings are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend checking them out!

Review: I'm so thankful for Bristol's only dedicated gluten-free establishment! I've tried the drinks, baked goods, and lunch and everything is great! I am never scared that it will make me sick which is something I am always a little nervous about when eating out.

Review: I have several severe food allergies and not only does the Urban Thistle accommodate them (gluten and dairy) but the food is exceptionally good. I look forward to stopping by at least once a week. The pastries and sweets never miss, they’re so delicious. I’ve yet to had a meal that was less than excellent. The folks there are so friendly and fun to chat with. 11/10.

Review: My husband has celiac disease so we are forever in search of edible food that doesn't taste like cardboard. What a delight it was to discover this place! Don't be deterred by the gluten free label. These baked goods are simply terrific and they just happen to be gluten free! And some of the best coffee I've ever had. Period. I didn't give it 5 stars because it's really not the place for a big meal like brunch. But if you've got a sweet tooth, this is the place for you. Decor is adorable too!
