Review: The cocktails are fantastic. We got the blackberry bourbon lemonade and the Classic old fashioned and both had nice complexity. The old fashioned had a smoked bacon fat wash that apparently gave it a really nice smokiness. The bartender was super friendly. I know it’s not their thing but I wish they had a vegan option so I could bring people here for dinner. The omnivore options sound so delicious, and I’d gladly bring friends and family if I myself could have a seitan wing or a hunk of fried tofu with them.
