Review: We drove a bit to get gluten-free oliebollen and apple fritters. It was definitely worth it. (Almost) indistinguishable from the real thing.

Review: As someone who views developments in the vegan field with interest but critically, the first introduction to Van de Bakker products was certainly pleasant. The tompouce I had was in good condition. Although the puff pastry had a slightly different bite than regular puff pastry, this tompouce is in the top 3 of tasty tompouces that I have eaten (followed by a much longer list of non-vegan tompouce that were much lower in quality). The piece of chocolate with which the tompouce was decorated also tasted very good. Something that surprised me because I have not yet tasted vegan chocolate that felt so creamy. Also compliments to the friendly staff in the store.

Review: It is so fantastic to be able to get gluten-free bread, pastries, cookies and other delicious treats here without any worries! Enjoy. My daughter, who has multiple allergies, such as gluten, milk, lactose and soy, is still amazed that she can eat everything from this bakery. The service is also top notch. And how nice it is to be able to find themed delicacies here during the holidays, such as oliebollen and apple fritters on New Year's Eve. Or the orange tompouces on King's Day. A themed birthday cake is also possible and everything is equally delicious. Our visitors don't even realize that they are enjoying allergen-free food with us.
