Review: Solid gluten free option. I have Celiac and need to have gluten free food that won't be cross contaminated. I have eaten here twice and didn't get sick either time. I go with the chicken arepa and my husband goes with the chicken empanada. The best part of the arepa for me is the plantains. Their texture is different from the chicken and beans and is a welcome change. The chicken is well seasoned and overall the sandwich is tasty and safe. We always hit this place up when we go to the 3rd Street market.
