Review: I saw this bakery on the map, and it caught my attention because it seemed to be a gluten free bakery. I'm from Spain, where gluten free products are two to three times more expensive, and definitely of much worse quality than wheat products, for example everything gluten free always breaks very easily, it's way drier, and it's very common that they make them excessively sweet, probably to compensate for missing taste. If that's the norm for you also, you will be amazed here as I was... In this bakery they have a lot of variety, ALL of their products are gluten free, and guess what? You totally won't be able to notice that they're gluten free... It seems that in here they have mastered gluten free baking, because everything is as good as in regular bakeries, and the price is good also! We went before nine in the morning, so everything was still warm, recently made, so it was even better. The personnel were kind and helpful in spite of my attempts to be understood with very broken Italian.
