Review: We bought some sweet bread for the holidays. Not only was it VERY EXPENSIVE but it was a tasteless stone (bah yeasty taste) without inedible fruit. It had everything you expect from a poorly made celiac sweet bread. It is a joke that they sell it and on top of that charge almost $30,000 per kilo for a product that clearly had to be thrown away. If you tried something and it turned out wrong, don't bring it to the public. I attach photos so you can see what fruit it had and what the coverage was. It had a stale yeast smell. Awful. Now on top of that, if you want to go and complain, Renés has to deal with women with that face of bad friends who work or are owners who think they are doing you a favor by selling you.

Review: This is the absolute best gluten-free bakery in Mendoza. With the kindest staff, delicious tortitas, facturas, pasta, taco tortillas, bread and more, it's a favorite among people with celiac desease. The bread actually smells like regular bread! 🙂 **Important: Call 24 hours in advance to reserve your bread because they usually run out of it.
