Review: Another of the 100% gluten-free bakeries that we can find in Madrid. They have quite a variety, I tried the regular cinnamon rolls and the apple ones and they were very good. Of course, the prices are exaggerated even when it comes to gluten-free products.

Although the space is small, it is very well decorated and has a warm and modern atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a good dessert. They only have a takeaway option. In my case, I chose the Key Lime Pie, and honestly, it is one of the best I have ever tried. 🍋🥧 The balance of flavors is perfect: the acidity of the lemon with just the right sweetness, on a crunchy gluten-free base that really makes a difference. Additionally, the staff is friendly and always willing to help with recommendations. This is why the somewhat high prices are worth it. Totally recommended if you want to treat yourself without worrying about gluten! 🎉 They also have a wide variety of other desserts worth exploring.
