Review: I had some of the best churros EVER at the Stockbridge Farmer's Market -- I cannot believe that they were gluten-free so hooray for those with celiac concerns. They were served hot, dusted generously with sugar, and I even get to choose a dip from a trip of flavours! (I was extra impressed that the dips were all homemade! My favourite has to be the blueberry compote which went really well with the crunchy churros.) They were so well fried, but not oily. It was light and flavorful, doughy/chewy in the middle, just like how I like them. Eating them in the cold Edinburgher weather made it all the more enjoyable. Also, the guys operating the pop up stall were really friendly too! Can't wait to have them again when I'm back!
