Review: The most amazing tenders and garlic cheddar speciality biscuits! 🤤 The chicken was juicy, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The biscuits were perfectly crispy outside with the most delicate tender crumb inside. It is so good it's hard to believe everything here is GF. We will absolutely be returning for more!

Review: 10/10 I am obsessed and can’t wait to make another trip! The gluten free fried chicken is fantastic, my husband who doesn’t have an allergy even loved it! The fries are also sooo good and of course the donuts! The only things we didn’t quite enjoy (our own preference) was the mac and cheese and the apple cider! I’m sure they are great to other people but they were not our cup of tea!! Counting down the days until we can make it bake to Knoxville!

Review: For a full GF restaurant this place is amazing. Biscuits are buttery, chicken is juicy, and the donuts are really great without that grainy texture you sometimes get with gf donuts. Sauces are fantastic. The Mac-n-cheese is the only thing I was on the fence about. It's is cheesy and almost taste like it has some bacon fat in it, but it is a little watery (think Kraft style with a little too much milk). But, that was being probably overly picky. The fries are killer. Seems like they make mashed potatoes then pipe them through bag into the fryer. They are super crunchy and perfect. And lastly, they have several gf beer and cider options, along with teas and lemonades. Staff were nice but very businesslike, but it is a business so that's fine with me. It's a large building with several business, mostly food focused, so plan on eating in a large area with other people around. Tables are large seating 8-10 so a group should be fine.

Review: We stopped here last night on our way home from visiting our daughter at college. We live about 3 hrs and 30 mins away. My food, specifically my biscuit, are making me plan reasons to drive almost 4 hours to eat here again- as soon as possible. The chicken is very good. As someone who can’t eat gluten because of an autoimmune disorder, the biscuit was life changing. If the line wasn’t 30 people deep as we were leaving, I would’ve brought home a whole pan. For several months last year, I worked at a local gluten free bakery. I loved their baked goods, but even though I made the biscuits from their recipe, I just don’t like them. I felt like I could still remember the taste and texture of a non gluten free biscuit and that other bakery just couldn’t replicate the taste or texture. Now, disco chicken and biscuits has figured out the secret. My biscuit last night was so amazingly wonderful that my gluten eating, very southern husband said he couldn’t tell the difference- and that to me, says all that needs to be said. The woman there, who I assume is the baker, showed me that she made ‘little Debbie’ valentines cakes, so I grabbed one of each, chocolate and vanilla as well as two large donuts and two donut holes. I just ate the chocolate cookies and cream donut for breakfast and it did not disappoint. The snack cakes will wait for last since they’re coated and I don’t want my donuts to get stale, haha. My only complaint and it’s not even a complaint- just a preference- the vanilla donut holes had a strong cinnamon flavor, and I’m not a cinnamon person. But the chocolate is perfection- just as you remember a chocolate frosted donut to taste from one of the chain donut places. I have to go back to see the kid at college in a month and I may visit Disco Chicken on the way to AND the way home from her. Thank you for creating this masterpiece- and to the nice baker woman who showed me the cakes- I just want to hug you, but you were so busy doing your thing on a Saturday night, that I couldn’t. I’m so grateful!!!!!!!!

Review: Excited to be ‘chicken’ this out- and it did not disappoint! Everything was hot, fresh, and seriously delicious. Total comfort food… and all gluten-free! The flaky salt on the strips is a perfect finishing touch. We’ll be back (soon). 🪩🐔
