Review: THE ice cream place to go in Fort Collins if you are gluten free! Everything in the ice cream shop is gluten free including the waffle cones and Oreo toppings. Many of their flavors are also peanut free and/or dairy free. The flavors were all delicious (sampled many).

Review: First visit today and it was just wonderful. We got a gluten free lemon ice cream sandwich and a flight with 4 flavors to try (clockwise from top: blackberry lavender, double Oreo, salted honey, orange and olive oil). The location is beautiful, the staff was absolutely fabulous, and the ice cream was soo good. I recommend the flight because they were all equally delicious. I always appreciate anywhere that caters to GF dietary needs. Thank you!

Review: While visiting the beautiful town of Fort Collins I had to get my daily portion of sugar ha! I checked out Edison's Ice Cream; the majority of their products are gluten-free and dairy-free. It's popular for its salted honey flavor, so of course, I got that flavor, along with cookies and cream and strawberry ice cream on a waffle cone. I like that you have the option to try their ice cream before deciding. Service is fast and staff is very friendly and welcoming.
