Hi there! This is Santi from Barcelona and, as you can see in the articles and videos I share, I have some “factory defects”! Meaning that I have to travel with allergies and intolerances related with food.
I’m allergic to fish, to profilin (a protein found in the skin of some raw fruits and vegetables), I’m lactose intolerant, I have celiac disease and I have eosinophilic esophagitis… a complete package, right? This doesn’t stop me from traveling around the world finding gluten-free restaurants. Here you will find experiences, anecdotes and tips for traveling gluten-free and traveling with allergies and intolerances or, in other words, traveling being multi-allergic.
