Review: This is a gluten-free izakaya that is open several times a week, especially on Fridays! Since the owner has a gluten allergy, the restaurant does not use gluten-containing ingredients such as wheat or barley, or seasonings that may contain gluten, such as brewed vinegar and grain vinegar, so even those with severe gluten allergies or celiac disease can use the restaurant with peace of mind. Our concept is ``I want you to enjoy ordinary things in the ordinary way,'' and you can enjoy creative gluten-free dishes such as gluten-free reproductions of Japanese izakaya menus and unique arrangements of monthly international dishes such as Italian and ethnic. We also have a wide selection of drinks, including wine, sake, and gluten-free beer, so you can enjoy a wide variety of pairings with your food. The rented space is also a bar, so you can enjoy drinks like whiskey. This is a great restaurant that we can recommend to all kinds of people in Japan and abroad who can't fully enjoy Japanese food or izakaya menus that contain gluten! If you want to enjoy gluten-free dining out in Tokyo, this is the place!
