Review: My brother stopped by and grabbed a sandwich for me when I arrived from the airport as I’m celiac and food is hard to find on the go. He mentioned to me the owner was very friendly and even threw in some chips when he told him he was grabbing it for me! So kind, and SO GOOD! Happy to see a new gluten free business thrive!

Review: One of the best gluten-free sandwiches I’ve ever had! The focaccia bread does not fall apart like many gluten-free breads. Highly recommend any of the chicken sandwiches and their mocktails! Reasonable prices compared to a lot of other gluten-free meals.

Review: **Absolutely Outstanding!** I recently discovered this gem of a sandwich shop, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for delicious, gluten-free meals. The variety and creativity in their menu are impressive, catering perfectly to those of us with gluten sensitivities without compromising on taste or quality. The sandwiches are generously filled with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the gluten-free bread is hands-down the best I've ever had – soft, flavorful, and satisfying. Also, I tried the delicious caramel macchiato coffee. Still drooling over it. Made to perfection. Oh and the mini pancakes were made fresh on order. They came out just right ! Hot soft and delicious ! Already planning to go again for them…. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about gluten-free diets, making the dining experience both enjoyable and worry-free. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a quick lunch or a relaxed meal with friends. After my meal here, I just stepped into their back patio and took a walk towards the lake, perfect location for a little stroll after those sandwiches!! If you're gluten-free or simply looking for a fantastic sandwich, look no further. This shop is a must-visit!

Review: Fantastic new addition to the community. Tasty little pancakes. Refreshing drinks. Delicious sandwiches. Exceptional soft serve. The Classico sandwich was great, and the bread was so amazing, hard to believe it is gluten-free. The twist soft serve was super tasty (although melted pretty quickly on such a hot day). Pancakes were super tasty and nicely fluffy, after 5 of them we each wanted more.
