Review: Certainly! Here’s a version tailored for Google reviews: “This gluten-free cafe is a true find! The ambiance is fantastic, with a cool 70s vibe that’s both stylish and comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the whole experience. I had the chicken sausage breakfast skillet, and it was delicious—moist, flavorful, and perfectly flaky. My girlfriend enjoyed the sundried tomato quiche, which was not only tasty but easy on her stomach (no heartburn!). We also indulged in a peach danish that was perfectly balanced—not too sweet—and the golden Oreo treat was a delicious bonus. If you’re searching for a place that offers great gluten-free options in a laid-back and retro setting, this is the spot to visit!”

Review: Today, I checked out this new business and it was delicious! This dedicated gluten-free bakery has an impressive array of sweet and savory treats, all made with celiac-safe ingredients. They also offer a select few vegan and dairy-free options. It’s family-owned, with incredibly kind owners and a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with cute merch. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their goods!

Review: Happened to drive by the ex-burgerville, ex-basics market stand alone building to see bright new colors had entered the space. I pulled over to check Hold The Wheat, a new gluten-free bakery in town! Grabbed a s’more Spencer cake and a snuggle pie. WOW these are good. The Spencer cake was sweet, soft, and NOT dry! The snuggle pie was delicious and buttery. I only tried these two to determine if I would be back to try others- and I will definitely be back.
