Review: The best part of this hotel are the incredibly friendly staff who we cannot fault and were lovely. The gluten free croissants were amazing and having loads of gluten free and lactose free options at breakfast were great. Unfortunately our room felt a bit dated (particularly the bathrooms) and the gym wasn't great, but the pool was nice and had great views of the lake and mountains. Overall nice place to stay but could do with a little modernisation.
