Review: Today we enjoyed a wonderful lunch at La Manufacture. My wife is gluten, dairy, and nut free. They catered to all of her dietary needs and showed her what was available. The food and service were great. My wife was especially excited to enjoy a wonderful lunch and dessert. It was a gift for her to enjoy fresh baked, delicious gluten free bread and croissants in France! We highly recommend this gem when you visit Aix en Provence!

Review: Absolutely fantastic! Having tried numerous gluten free bakeries around the world, this place is the best I've been to by a wide margin. It's not just good in comparison to gluten free options but relative to 'normal' bakeries as well (as far as I can remember). Also offer a number of dairy free options.

Review: Incredible 100% gluten free bakery! I think I have tried nearly everything they sell and have loved all of it. They have endless french pastries, breads, pizza, quiche, and sandwiches!! The employees are very friendly too :) The head baker is celiac and they are very cautious of food allergies!
