Review: Everything is very good and very rich. It's amazing what they can do without gluten. It is true that it is a little expensive, but hey, I understand that it cannot be compared with traditional pastries.

Review: Both my mother and my sister have celiac disease. I brought them several things from the workshop and they were delighted. They have a wide variety of pastries and sweets (from Abyssinian to tea cakes), also savory (puff pastry, flautas and bread). Everything gluten-free and many things lactose-free. The quality is very good and it gives a lot of security that it is a completely gluten-free bakery.
