In our pizza lab in Italy, Loulou Pizzabar developed a gluten-free crust that has never

tasted so good.

Thanks to the combination of pea flour, rice flour, and corn flour with a fermentation process using

natural sugars, our gluten-free pizza is a party in your mouth. This combination

makes you feel like you are eating a normal pizza.

We are trained to handle gluten cross-contamination with care. However,

because we do serve dishes containing gluten in our restaurant, we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment.

We take great care in preparing gluten-free dishes and take every possible measure to ensure you can enjoy a worry-free gluten-free meal with us.
