Review: The shop was easy to find and there were so many ice cream options! Which was fantastic since a variety of options is not a usual thing for people who can only eat gluten-free/dairy free foods. The employee who helped us (I believe her name was Alejandra or Adriana) was very friendly and kind. She gave each of us samples and was very knowledgeable about the flavors and store. It was close to closing time but she didn't rush our choices or try to hurry us along. Our visit to Mucho Gusto was a pleasure and trip highlight. Thank you so much!

Review: Incredibly good plant-based ice cream!! What a cool store. They have both classic and creative flavors and are generous with the free samples. I appreciated that they have a couple coconut-free options such as the sunflower ice cream (made with a sunflower seed base - I’ve never heard of such a thing! It was so delicious!) and the chocolate olive oil ice cream (made with almond milk base; very good, although didn’t really taste like olive oil). They also have ice cream sandwiches. And the shop is in an area with a ton of cool vegan spots including Semilla. Will definitely be coming back every time I come to San Juan.
