Review: I love coming here for a fresh, healthy lunch. This place is vegan heaven!! I am obsessed with their avocado toast personally. I love that this location serves savory food. Being someone who frequents UCCS, this is the perfect spot for lunch if you’re on campus often. They have outlets all around the restaurant so this is a great spot to work on your laptop.
