Review: This treasure of a bakery has a wide variety of gluten-free breads and pastries. The owners commitment to quality ingredients and high standards is very apparent, clearly all made with love. Whether you are coeliac, gluten intolerant, or just trying to be more healthy, this bakery has it all - good bread, tasty little empanadillas, delicious pastries and a super coffee. Just five minutes walk from the old town, we wish we had discovered it sooner!

Review: Found this bakery as I arrived in Pontevedra on the Camino route. I was so happy! As a GF person it’s not always been easy, and the gluten free bread and baked options that exist aren’t that great. However Daula has blown me away! I don’t usually post reviews but they totally deserve it. Kind, informative, and utterly delicious! The croissant is moist, pillow-y and yummy. I have no doubt the rest of my haul will be too. Muchas Gracias!

Review: Gluten free bakery! A treasure to find and definitely I’ll be back! I had vegetarian empanadas (dough right on point) and this muffin (fluffy and chunky pieces of chocolate) both of them delicious. It’s so important to support businesses who cares to provide options to the public who has food intolerances/allergies. You may think it’s expensive but actually bakeries became so cheap because a lot of them are industrial, full of chemicals. And gluten is a huge problem for a lot of people nowadays that are not connecting the dots with health related issues. The word Gluten comes from “glue” and sticks to your gut damaging the walls. Then toxins goes to the blood stream triggering inflammation and other symptoms. We should ask ourselves if the food we are eating is nourishing us or poisoning us.
