Review: I knew NOTHING about Venezuelan cuisine until I came across Papelón's stall at the Acklam street market. And that the cachapa, a kind of "venezuelan kebab" was a PURE REVELATION! Melt-in-the-mouth meat, gluten-free because the cachapa cake is made from corn, plantains and a salsa verde... just stunning. It's simple: this is my favourite street food place in London.
