Review: As a birthday gift, my mother asked us for a cake that she could really enjoy, since being gluten and lactose intolerant, it is very difficult for her to find options that are for her, and she was fascinated with the cake, she loved it, so she gave it I recommend 100%, the flavor is delicious.

Review: There are now many industrial-type gluten-free cakes, but they do not have the homemade flavor, full of love of this Pastry Shop. Thank you, mine was gluten-free, casein-free and rice flour-free.

Review: I bought square bread and prussians because I recently discovered my gluten sensitivity. Being new to this I didn't have many expectations regarding the taste. However, I was greatly surprised in a positive way. I can say that I like square bread much more than traditional wheat flour bread. It's delicious! And the Prussians… a delicacy! The right degree of sweet and the pasta is very delicious. It made me hope that this process is not going to be so difficult.
