Review: El Truco came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint! Amazing gluten free food with many delicious options. My friend was impressed also and commented on how you can’t even tell the food is gluten free. As a celiac, I’m always anxious when eating out and wish there were more places as good as this. The croquettes are the best I’ve ever tasted, since living here in Spain, and the patatas bravas was also delicious! Great prices also and the service was amazing! Muchas gracias!

Review: One of the only options for celiacs in Zaragoza so I was very glad to find this place in El Tubo! Their menu is 100% gluten free and their specialty is croquetas but they also have other tapas and mains. The artichoke wrapped in ham was very good. Another plus is the gluten free beer, also available as non alcoholic version.
