Review: The lunch service was quiet in the sense of atmosphere but tables filled quickly from locals and tourists alike. I had a delicious two course lunch and glass of house wine (quality local Chianti wine with good vintage for a great price!) that was filling and flavoursome. The servers spoke fluent Italian and English to smooth service questions and I was offered a separate Gluten Free menu to cater to my needs with ease. Don’t need to book for lunch but judging by popularity I recommend booking here for a dinner during your stay in Florence!

Review: Truly beautiful restaurant, bigger than it looks from the tiny storefront. Fairly quiet, not a bustling loud place. Still welcoming to kids, though. Food was amazing, service was terrific, a true hidden gem. Bonus if you’re gluten free as they have a ton of options. Would highly recommend for a more upscale dining experience in Florence. One slight negative is that, for the date we were there (late July), they make you put a credit card down for a reservation, and I believe the fee is somewhere around €100 if you don’t show. Thankfully we didn’t have any issues, but maybe don’t make this reservation for your first evening in Florence in case you’re delayed.

Review: Delicious food! This restaurant are coeliac aware and provide a separate gluten free menu which is a different colour as are the bread baskets for the gluten free bread. I had the gluten free pappardelle with wild boar and it was delicious! We shared pecorino cheese which paired really well with the wine we were recommended by our waiter. The ravioli pictured is regular (not gluten free).

Review: Loved this place! Off the beaten path a bit, but incredible service, amazing menu especially for gluten free, and great atmosphere. Could have eaten here multiple nights, absolutely loved it. The bread soup was so good! Recommend making a reservation.
