Review: This would be an incredible bakery even if it was glutenous and full of dairy!!! But to have such delicious treats that are gluten free is amazing. Many are also diary free and I have missed pastry so much! They did not disappoint, the baked goods taste as good as their gluten, dairy full counterparts. Amazing. So so worth it!!! Lovely place to sit too and lovely atmosphere with friendly staff.

Review: Omg! Finally someone has understood what is needed, My wife has celiaki and it is sometimes a struggle to find a gluten free coffee shop, but passing Madrid a quick search revealed this amazing place. If in Madrid, you have to visit this place, gluten free or not! Wow, amazing taste, texture and service was excellent. Thank you for existing 🧡🥳

Review: The GF croissants are so delicious. I almost cried. Next trip to Madrid, I will bring an empty suitcase for baked goods from Sana Locura.

Review: This is the beer gluten free bakery in the world. I had a croissant, red velvet cake, and another pastry. I loved the croissant and pastry. The cake was fine, just not what I was looking for. I bought multiple pastries to go. The head baker must be an artist and a scientist to make this work. I’ll be sure to visit this bakery every time I visit Madrid. They should be on TV.
