Review: Best gluten free pastries I’ve ever had!! You couldn’t even tell they were gluten free and the croissant layers were just perfect. My personal favourite item was the spinach and feta feuillete 😍 Chef Sebastian was so lovely and attended to everyone personally to make sure everyone enjoyed their experience. His passion for the bakery really shines through! Service is amazing and all staff are super efficient and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Review: Eating gluten free can really suck sometimes. You’re usually stuck ordering a sad, bland salad while everyone else eats the good stuff. Not here. This place is a gluten free heaven overflowing with unreal pastries and treats that actually taste indulgent. So naturally, I chose to believe that if it’s gluten free, it’s also fat free and sugar free. Science. And yes, I ate like no one was watching. No regrets. 😌✨

Review: Amazing gluten-free café/bakery — we had a really enjoyable experience. My wife loved every minute. Everything felt fresh, made with quality ingredients, and the range of options is fantastic. It’s the kind of place that makes gluten-free customers feel genuinely looked after. We tried the pie, feta & spinach feuilleté, and an almond croissant: The pie and feuilleté were so good I honestly wouldn’t have guessed they were gluten free (I THINK which is a big compliment). The almond croissant did taste a little more “gluten-free” in texture — so don’t expect a classic croissant experience — but it was still a really nice treat, especially for anyone who usually misses out. Also, Chef Sebastian was on top of his game — and having the chef visibly running things at that level is a real luxury and says a lot about the venue’s standards.

Review: What a great find in Leichhardt! Totally gluten free and the best French pastries. Croissant was so authentic and buttery, could have been in Paris. And, it was gluten free! That's a win-win situation. The spinach and feta pastry was superb too. Worth a light rail trip to Leichhardt. Sebastian is French, of course, and has worked at places around the world. He and his partner, Heidi, run this cafe and it is a wonderful addition to the area.

Review: One of the best gluten-free cafés we’ve ever visited! The food tasted just like the real thing — incredible flavours and perfectly flaky pastries. We tried a bit of everything, and there was a line out the door the entire time we were there. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
