Review: Absolutely loved this 100% gluten-free cafe! The owners were incredibly sweet, and the food was so tasty. Their sandwiches are really affordable and come with a fresh Greek salad. I highly recommend the almond loaf and chocolate crinkle cookie as well! They also offer vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free options. The vegan ice cream sample was the best I've ever had. Super cute spot with an upstairs patio and outdoor seating—highly recommend!

Review: Run don’t walk to this fabulous little gem (especially if you have a limited diet). The food, the service, the attention to detail are all 10/10. We shared the tofu scramble and Caprese sandwiches and a pina colada smoothie, and truly it was difficult to pick a favourite amongst the three! Though this place boasts a gluten and dairy free menu the food is so delicious you would never guess anything was missing. To top it off the owners were so kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure my dietary needs (celiac, vegan) were met and I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning and telling all my friends about this place!

Review: This place is the best! The food is so good and the smoothies are amazing. Perfect if you’re looking for healthy and natural food. Fully Gluten Free and Dairy Free while still having real meat options. I come here a few times a week. They always make new exciting things. Almond orange cake is fantastic. Can’t wait to work my way through their whole menu!

Review: Delicious sandwich, comes with great side salad. The tofu scramble sandwich was delicious. Bread was perfectly toasted. Crinkle cookie and orange almond loaf were also incredible. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. The textures and flavours were a perfect blend. Lovely atmosphere, great seating options. Covered patio. Non gluten free person also quite enjoyed the sandwich and desserts.
