Review: Great gluten free spot in Calgary. I first visited them at their crossroads location and it's worth the trip to their new spot. My favourite sweet treat is the cannolis and savoury I love their cheddar garlic bread. I really appreciate their gf facility so cross contamination isn't an issue for celiacs.

Review: Stopped at this little gem at the Calgary Farmers market. The gluten free chocolate chip loaf was over the moon delicious! Not too heavy or cakey like some gluten free breads can get. I highly recommend.

Review: I am OBSESSED with the Cookie Jar. I go religiously each weekend to get their ooey gooey vegan gf Brownie (this heated up is literally the best brownie I have ever had), their gf vegan Banana Bread that never makes it out of the farmers market, it is so delicious, I always eat it then and there....and finally the star of the show, I pick up some delicious, moist, Vegan Gluten Free Carrot Cake, I dream about this cake through out the week it is so so good, from the sweet icing to the pieces of carrot sprinkled throughout the airy, moist Sponge it is a game changer. Portion sizes are HUGE, I always share with my husband, and the prices are so good, especially for the piece of mind that they are gf and vegan. The staff here are also absolutely darling.

Review: The sales lady was so rude and dismissive of my allergy concerns I won't be going back. As celiac we need to be extra cautious with everything, even more so when trying a new place. When I asked her if the cakes were gluten free she just threw her hand in the air and pointed to the sign. Wouldn't even talk to me, just pointed. When I asked if this other section of food was gluten free, she again dramatically threw her hand into the air and pointed at the sign instead of saying anything. When I told her it's my health I need to ask her response was "we get asked that a thousand times a day so I just point to the sign".. well ya. People with serious allergies will triple check for their safety and if you don't like find another job. Horrible.
