Cute studio cottage with fab views over Clevedon and beyond. Includes kitchenette, wardrobe, good sized bathroom, TV, DVD, free Wi Fi, queen bed, and great deck to enjoy the scenic outlook of farmland & native bush. A Gluten Free continental breakfast is included with room rate.
NB: kitchenette is not designed for cooking full meals. a portable cook top /oven is available on request.
A warm, private and cosey space that has all the mod cons in the middle of rural NZ. We are a GF household so you are assured that all breakfast offerings are wheat free. Own driveway to the left on approach to the main house.
The cottage is separate to the house with its own private driveway access. Ideal if you need to self isolate. Please keep the gates closed if you find them closed, their maybe friendly sheep around.
We do hope you enjoy farm life as the neighbouring cows may come up to the fence for a sticky beak. Being rural, we are on tank / rain water, so please use sparingly during the summer months.
