Review: We just moved to Tokyo and Gluten Free T’s Kitchen was our very first meal! I have a severe gluten allergy and have been a little worried about finding food that I can eat and not feel like I’m missing out on all the amazing food in this country. Gluten Free T’s took all the worry out. Every single thing on the menu is gluten free and the service was quick and friendly!! The food was incredibly delicious and flavorful. Get the dumplings! We will definitely be regulars here for the next several years! Highly recommend - even if you don’t have a gluten allergy.

Review: I was so excited to have GF & DF options at this restaurant in Tokyo. I was able to enjoy ramen, dumplings and brownies safely and GF - unheard of throughout the rest of Tokyo. Indicates well for other allergens as well including eggs, soy, dairy, etc. I stocked up on takeaway noodles and spring rolls as well to satisfy my GF fix!

Review: I was so excited about trying this place so much so that we decided to come here after we got married! So disappointed. I love that there’s a fully gluten free restaurant with Japanese food so that’s why it got 3 stars. The food was very meh. We got the Cajun chicken, which was the best thing by far. We got vegetable tempura and takoyaki too. The tempura was so dry and didn’t have much flavor at all. Most of the vegetables provided were small mushrooms. Mushrooms aren’t even vegetables! I don’t eat mushrooms and I wouldnt have ordered it if I had known most of the “veggies” would be mushrooms. The takoyaki was weirdly soggy, moreso than it’s been when I’ve had takoyaki from other places. Also, the music was SO weird and very very loud. Hearing “Can you feel the love tonight?”followed by “the power of love” by Celine Dion SO loudly in the tiny restaurant was a lot.

Review: The Japanese gluten free restaurant of my dreams! I was so excited to find this place in Tokyo. We got to try an assortment of different Japanese dishes all gluten-free. Everything we had was delicious. Thank you for providing such tasty and safe dishes for the celiac community.

Review: We walked in without a reservation and the lovely lady seated us immediately. After we finished the tiny restaurant was packed. One of the few places in Tokyo that’s totally gluten free and I can’t thank the team who prepared and served our meals. It was a fantastic experience. The dishes we had were amazing but the pancakes were phenomenal.
